Why we do what we do
When we think of being by the lake, we think its where the grill is on, fireworks are watched, and someone catches their first big bass. It is where we go to rest, or gather together as a family. Why not put a little extra love into it to something like that to make it last?
The waterfront is a special place to be. If you’ve spent some quality time near any body of water, you know the calm mornings, stormy days, or sunsets in the evenings out there will have anyone thinking more profoundly about the places we call home or while being ‘up north’ at the cabin. Out on the water, anyone will begin to appreciate our natural surroundings with a sense to protect, enjoy, and share these places more with people near to us.
We want to help you unlock potential in your waterfront and recreational spaces so you can utilize more time to create lasting memories with family and friends. Some of the services we offer are simple and take a few hours, and others are full scale renovation projects that may take months to plan. Big or small, we consider it all an investment in a meaningful place for you and your family.

Hi my name is Devante and I’m from Wisconsin. Over the years have encountered being drawn closer to the water through work and life. Whether it was throwing a line in, putting in docks, or leading a bible study, I always felt at home. I believe our waterfront properties from the small ponds to the great lakes help bring family and friends together and each of us closer to our faith and a more restful life. I look forward to helping you maintain your waterfront as an inviting space to create new opportunities to experience together.
