Hey! This is Devante with Waterfront Refresh. Just wanted to share a few quick updates as we are heading into our third year of our seasonal business serving waterfront and cabin property owners.
We are constantly assessing where we need to improve or adapt and would love to briefly share where we are headed in 2025 with you. Feel free to share or utilize any of our services or these free resources below when preparing to head out on the water or the cabin ready this year with family and friends.
If you’re interested in any of our shoreline services this year we kindly ask that you reach out sooner than later so we can get your bid or project scheduled before the rush of late spring and early summer!
Lastly, thank you to every single family who we worked with in 2024! Our customers are who keeps us doing what we love, and we couldn’t thank you enough. We plan on only working hard to get better at what we do and can’t wait to work with you in 2025!

We are focused this year on providing 5 specific services:

Continued Mobile Boat Wash and Detailing Services
General Landscape Installation - Sod, Boulders, Fireplaces, Aggregate, etc.
Waterfront Property Inspections and Consultation
General Property Maintenance - Pressure Washing, Staining, Dock Cleaning, Gutter Cleaning, Brush removal, and more. Cross some items off of the cabin check list!
New Service Added!
Waterfront Refresh LLC - Waterfront Property Inspections: Shoreline Assessments for those considering purchasing a new waterfront home. We can help give you a better understanding of what it's going to take to maintain your shoreline, zoning information, aquatic plants present, lake floor conditions, potential costs associated with annual maintenance, and any major issues needing to be addressed.
New Homeowner Guide for Lake Weed Removal!

This is exciting. Over the last few years we have had a ton of people request more information regarding lake weed removal and maintenance, both near and far from our service locations. Unfortunately we have had to pull back from doing many lake weed removals as there are too many requests for our small team to handle, but we didn’t want to stop providing value for those customers looking for an action plan.
So we put together a completely free informative guide on our website for homeowners to use to help maintain their lake weeds. The guide includes how to remove lakeweeds, good regulations to know, and all the equipment needed. Please utilize this and share with anybody else who has been looking for good methods to maintain their waterfront. We hope this helps a ton of people.
Do we still pull lake weeds? We do! Just on a case by case basis. If we aren’t equipped to do it we can refer you out to larger companies who focus solely on lake weed removal.
New Service Areas Added
We’ve traditionally stayed within Western and Northwestern Wisconsin as our service area, but this year we are excited to be opening up the opportunity for inquiries from within Eastern and Central Minnesota!

2024 Recap
Our 2024 was packed with awesome experiences, new challenges, a lot of fun, and meeting a lot of great people out on the water. We really focused on growing our understanding of how to install rip rap shorelines properly and general erosion control using natural boulders (it all starts below the rocks), and we hope to only keep improving this year and as time goes on.
Where we are headed
In the near future we aim to keep learning how to stabilize and maintain shorelines, keep providing value to home owners and boaters, and only get better at being an all-around service provider to our waterfront property owners.
